• From proposal to project execution
  • In order to ensure continuity, precise scheduling and cost planning, our experienced personnel are involved from the proposal stage through the project execution.
  • At project award, a permanent task force including project engineers and technologists is established in order to accomplish all tasks from conceptual design to training.
  • Detailed scheduling of all tasks is established up-front and weekly reviews are conducted throughout the project.
• Design reviews
  • Technical design reviews with customers are conducted prior to conceptual design and throughout the project execution. Quality and development are therefore in line with expectations and feasibility constrains.
• Quality control
  • All of our control and protection systems are fully tested at our factory before shipment to site. Thorough acceptance tests are conducted on all hardware and software components in order to ensure complete functionality.
• Customer involvement
  • Hemi Controls welcomes customer involvement and a close relationship. Our products are based on open platforms and so should be our designs and application developments. The final results provide no surprise and should be easy to maintain. Hemi Controls proposes training for your maintenance staff to understand, maintain and update the systems.
• Site coordination
  • Based on the process and systems knowledge, our staff can provide installation and commissioning coordination in order to optimize work and outage time.
